| Gwen Mc | The service representative seemed knowledgeable. The freezer was working when he left. He did explain about the electrical control panel, cost and how that possibly could be the problem. The freezer went out again the follow day. Hence, which may indicate the problem, but was able to get the control button to work. Have scheduled another appointment to resolve issue, currently watching freezer content and controls. |

The service reps both times were efficient, polite and informative, but the the expense of having two visits and not being able to replace a part in one and charge for it is ridiculous. Then to try to sell me a home warranty plan in the face of a very expense service call? I could have ordered the part and had it installed free. Won't be calling againl. |

I'm just bummed that I received the wrong information on the phone, that Sears would replace my door shelf for free as part of the warranty on this 1100.00+ refrigerator. I also dislike he had to repair so many of the plastic shelvings in the fridge. The plastic can't bear the weight of milk and water jugs and other heavier dishes and containers. I will not purchase such a fridge again. It is not well made. |
