nicola oddo | I made a service appointment a week ago. They told me they couldn't come out until Monday 3-2-20 I have the protection plan on my 55" Samsung tv. So I schedule the appointment and took a day off work. I recieved an email stating they would be here between 7:30 and 9:30 they didn't show. So I call and they say they don't know what happened and reschedule for the same day from 12-8 pm. Guess what? They never showed. What piss poor customer service. I call and they once again can't explain why they never showed. I have been a loyal customer of best buy and now I am totally disappointed !! I gave one star so that I could write this review. But you scored 0 stars today!! |
Pessimistic Bunny | I came in and they were fully booked after an agent told me id have to come in so i wasted uber rides there and back with no results only to be told to reserve a time which i did. Then when i came in and told them what the problem was even though i knew what it was they wanted to charge me 85 just to get told what the problem was and about 500 for a new part which i dont need. I can understand diognostics can be expensive but theres no reason they cant have someone on sight to tell me what part goes in the laptop its ridiculous and i dont recommend them for internal repair |
