Appliance Repair by Kimball Appliance in Port Huron, Michigan

I buy all my appliances from Nick. Most of my shopping is done from the comfort of home, which I love because I'm always short on time. Nick is quick to get my order in, set it up for delivery and makes the appliance buying process so easy! I've bought 3 mattresses, a dishwasher, refurbished washer/dry, microwave, and referred all my friends and family to him. Kimball's also services all my appliances, which I love as well! His delivery team is top notch! They take out the old, and replace it with the new, and you'd never know they were even there. They are fast, friendly, professional, and I'll never buy appliances from anywhere but Kimball's.

My wife and I recently bought a stove, microwave, and a dishwasher from Kimball's Appliance and we couldn't have been happier by the whole experience. Cheryl, our sales professional, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and worked hard to help us find the features we were looking for. They gave us a great deal and worked really well with us to hold our appliances until our kitchen was ready for installation. The installation team was fast and efficient and made the whole process look easy. Kimball's definitely showed why it pays to shop local. Without a doubt, we will be returning for future purchases. I stopped at Kimball Appliance to see if they had a stove that was similar to one I had ordered from Home Depot, which was delivered to our house with a one inch dent on the side with the scratches painted over. That one was sent back with the delivery driver and the order was cancelled. Not only did I find what I was after at Kimball Appliance, they matched the price and delivered it the next day, professionally and timely. The delivery men were friendly and careful and also installed it for us. Again this was all price matched. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I wish I would have started at Kimball and saved myself the hassle and aggravation. I should have known better as our wash machine came from Kimball a few years ago and that experience couldn't have gone better.
