| Bryan Koslowski | Michael Harbin came to fix our clothes washer and after about about three hours it worked through a full load. He said the shifter part that he put in was under warranty for a year and his work for six months. The next day we did two loads and then it stopped working again and had the same issue. We called him back over and he came and worked for three hours and couldn't find the issue. He then came another day and after three hours again he determined it was the circuit board. That still didn't fix it. He then said it was the wiring harness but at this time I was getting frustrated and asked him if he was going to refund us the one hundred sixty dollars he charged us for the supposed first fix but he said no because it was fixed when he left. I then told him not to bother coming again. This guy might have known the mechanical side of his job but he wouldn't be able to tell you the difference between a plug and an outlet on the electrical side of things. If you choose him I hope for your sake it's not electrical. |
