We unfortunately at one time had to use another company for an urgent issue on a Friday that Brewers couldn't get to as they were tied up on another job. Our problem wasn't corrected, diagnosed wrong and we were overcharged!!! We got through the weekend and called Brewers first thing Monday and they were able to get to us by afternoon.
