| Valencia Powell | I purchased an appliance from Home Depot and Linn Star Transfer was the company Home Depot used to deliver my appliance. The delivery driver knew the appliance wouldn't fit through the doorway, even after measuring. But instead of using an alternate route in the house, they tried to force it in. They damaged my wall and paint as well as the appliance. I sent it back and called Linn Star Tranfer several times to have the issue resolved.. I'm still waiting and it's been almost a month. They just keep saying someone is going to call me back and they haven't yet. I would NOT recommend this company. And if the retailer you purchase from uses this company I would suggest hiring your own company or picking your appliances up yourself. It seems like it's just a job to them and they are not concerned about you, your home, or your appliances. |
