I went in on Saturday morning having no idea what the problem was or how much/long it was going to take to fix it. The gentleman at the store diagnosed the issue right away and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Not to mention the cost was very low. I was so thankful to him for not only fixing it so quickly, but also being fair to me. You never know if someone is going to try to get you to do unnecessary work just to make more money. That was not the case at all with Banks! I'll be going to them for all my future vacuum repairs and purchases. |

I invest in good vacuum cleaners so I don't have to spend all my free time keeping the hair in check. I have been going to the Lake Orion Banks store for years. I am always impressed with the people working there and was sad to see Casey head to a different location. He was my vacuum guy. Today I can say Jake is my new vacuum guy. He helped me get just what I wanted. He listened to what my objectives were and then showed me my options. He was extremely patient with me and explained the pros and cons of each machine. He made sure I left the store with bags & a service plan yes I maintenance my vacuums yearly- it keeps them in better condition and gets rid of the animal smell. Thanks Jake- I'm obsessed with my new vacuum and how awesome it picks up everything!!! |
