| Sally Beauchamp | I was referred to M and D by my regular mechanic because he did not work on transmissions. I authorized Ryan Wender owner of M and D to put in a used transmission for my 2007 Ford Escape. I was told the transmission was warranted for 90 days. Within the warranty period the transmission began leaking fluid. Ryan refused to fix it or compensate me for the money I had to pay another mechanic to repair it. Ir rook over 3 months to get the car repaired. I was forced to take Mr. Wender to small claims court to recoup some of the money I had paid him. In total the whole experience cost me 3400. I've never come across a mechanic who would not back-up their work. Don't go to this shop. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating. It was by far the worst car repair experience I ever had. |
