| Lauren Knight | I went here to buy a mini fridge. Got the thing home and opened it to see that it was covered in dents and scratches. It was refurbished, but I payed for a new fridge. I went back to return it and they said they had a brand new one at one of their warehouses. I waited a couple days and came back to get it. Had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to bring the thing out to me. Once they brought it to me I asked to look at it before they loaded it up. Once again it was covered in dents and scratches. So I returned the thing. They told me that just because it is refurbished doesn't mean it was used. They said it had a defect and the factory fixed it. Well if it's never been used why is it in rough shape? The tag on the display didn't even say refurbished on it. The employees had kind of a bad attitude about me returning the thing. For the same amount of money I could go buy a better and BRAND NEW mini fridge at a different store. Don't waste your time here |
