Blake came out as mentioned before, the night before Thanksgiving and diagnosed and fixed the problem for a pittance compared to other services. Even though we haven't used R & R before and he didn't know us, he was willing to leave the invoice with out tenant and trusted us to pay him. Blake's comment was, “we've been in business for 45 years in this area so we know exactly what to do in these older homes.” He sure did! We're putting R & R on speed-dial and we thank Blake and R & R very much. |
