When they replaced the furnace they decided to use my shop vac without my permission or checking to see if the filter was on. As a result, soot from the chimney was blown all over everything in the basement. I contacted them and was assured that they would cover the cost of clean up. That was 1/25/2018, it's 5/2/2018 and still no compensation for the cleaning I paid for. Attached are a few of the pictures of the mess they left. Every item, surface, walls & floors was covered. |
