Appliance Repair by Brennan Appliance Center in Midland, Michigan

It took three months for them to show up. He arrived horribly sick with the flu. My entire family got sick and he wasn't able to repair my range. Two months later he shows up to finally fix my range. Because he waited so long to FINALLY fix it, it was no longer under warranty. His receptionist told us it would still be covered because we called while it was still under warranty. He showed up angry and wanting to charge us for parts. He arrived Angry and very rude. He then, refused to do any repairs and left. After taking five months of our time waiting for them, my range still isn't fixed. Take my advice and just go elsewhere. This business is horrible and does not care about their customers.

Don't ever use this company! Gary came out to look at my washer. He said he would be back the next week with the part for my washer and he never showed up. Never called doesn't answer any phone calls. Oh and to add he broke more on my washer! Don't waste your time with this company!
