| Ms Stevens | Could be called Worst Buy. Described what I needed in a smart phone and advised salesperson of the service I intended to use. As well as advising sales rep if my plan to get familiar with it while out of town for 2 weeks. The phone did not have abilities described nor would it work with intended service provider. When I returned to town I brought it back opened but not used and could not return or exchange it as electronics must be returned within 14 days they sternly enforced - contrary to the stated 30 days on my receipt. Then had to pay an additional 65 to unlock the phone in order to use my service provider. Needless to say I have NEVER been back to WORST BUY and advise others to consider purchasing from alternate stores. |

| Blayne Marek | Average Best Buy.. Employees are usually good with working with you. Been sometimes when I had to wait but they usually help you within 5m if needed depending on how busy they are. Good store but stuff can be pricey there. |
