We contacted Williams Pumping Service upon the recommendation of our plumber and they were on site the next morning. They identified the problem which was the septic pump had failed and the alarm had failed also. The tanks were pumped shortly after Williams arrived and the technicians installed a new pump with a new alarm shortly thereafter. All total, the work took about 5 hours. The system is now backup and functioning as it should. The job site was restored. All personnel working on the job and whom we spoke with were friendly and appeared to be very knowledgeable about their jobs and had or could obtain timely the tools and resources to do the job properly with the least disruption to our home and neighborhood. Any future problems, which I hope I do not have, will be handled by Williams Pumping. If asked for a referral, Williams Pumping will be our unqualified recommendation. |
