| Nicole Elman | I dropped of my laptop 10 days ago. They told me it would take between 3-7 days to fix the issue with it. Told me it would be between 60-190 to fix depending on the problem. Have them my phone number to call when it was ready. I never received a phone call. I went in there on day 9 to find out if it was done yet and they hadn't even started it. I guess the person to work on it was sick which I can understand. People get sick. But no one even had the decency to call me to let me know it would take longer when I need my computer for work and daily matters. Then, with the wait and everything, I went in the next day to pick it up, I kindly brought this up to them and they weren't apologetic what so ever, just defensive and frankly a little rude. All I wanted to know was why I didn't receive a phone call. So what took “about an hour and a half of his time” to fix, his words exactly, cost me 90 on top of having to wait with no knowledge of why it was taking so long. I am appreciative the problem was resolved, but not so much with the customer service. |
