Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Ludington, Michigan

Aggressive end-of-season pricing on snow blowers as of March 9 and large inventory. Literally across the street, Home Depot had a handful of high-end machines, all over 1100 at their original prices. Friendly helpful staff.

Bought some patio stones oh, they were extremely helpful. They help me stack them on a pallet and loaded it on the back of my truck. Super kind and helpful staff.

I made an online order for pick up and they have changed my pick up time twice and I just received yet another email that it will be available tomorrow easter Sunday so I called the store to ask how that was possible to pick up if they were closed for the holiday. The lady at the front desk did not give a name answered the phone “Ludington Lowe's” in a very upsetting way. I asked her how the process would work with them being closed and she responded again in a very upsetting way that there's nothing I can you and I will have to get it the following day. I tried to say thank you and she responded “yep” and hung up the phone. I am thinking of cancelling my order and switching to either a different Lowe's or even a different company. I love the Lowe's in ludington because normally I have great customer service, but something was very upsetting about this woman being the one answering the phone. And it's not like this was super early in the morning. It was 11:30 in the morning. Very upsetting...
