| Tom fiedor | My clothes washer died mid-cycle on a Friday. I took the wet clothes out but wondered if it was better to leave the tub full or get most of the water out. I firgured it was better to leave the surfaces wet rather than leave the crud dry, I should have waited till Monday and called a smaller outfit and got it fixed next day. Annyhoo since it was a Kenmore I figured Sears would have parts readily available and I was curious about that part of Sears that was left I got an appointment for Tuesday with a 12-4 window.. After taking the day off from work and waiting around all day, I got a call about ten minutes to 4 saying they overbooked and I would have to reschedule no matter that I booked 4 days earlier.. This was the first ime I heard from them that day. No text. No voicemail. It seemed that their attitude was- you know, stuff happens. I called to rebook thinking it would be nexr day. No, they had an opening FRIDAY afternoon. I know stuff happens but how about a little heads up.They did offer me a gift card. Apologies to Cameron for being abrupt but I had a tub of dirty water sitting in the washer for 5 days! Goodbye Sears and good riddance!. What Nimrods! |
| D Lew | They were to order parts to fix my microwave. I called when I got a box, even though I don't know why they didn't just schedule the repair when there box arrived. When they arrived, I found out many parts are on backorder. So, why did I need to schedule the appointment? Why didn't you know all the parts weren't in? So disappointed. Oh, and my microwave is STILL broken. Thanks for nothing. |

| Semawon Hosu | Scheduled for carpet and air duct cleaning and they kept rescheduling duct cleaning which should be done first for three weeks with either no reason or excuses of problem with truck. Dave the manager was not at all honest. At one point he even sent the carpet cleaning guy without informing him that air duct needed to be done. He doesn't care about costumer satisfaction or transparency. Said he would come as certain time without showing up and notification as to whether he was not coming or why. And Mr. Dave is supposed to be a manager. |
