Unfortunately for my area mason county they are the only associated repair company for frigidaire. When calling to inquire about appointment time and to ask why the job was not finished on initial visit, I was met with a 'hands-off' attitude. Specifically told that no further effort or attempt to remedy the issue would be made until the following day- even then, they would not guarantee that the message would be received. Now I just got off the phone with the office again to find out when they would be here it was agreed they would be here before 12, they just called back to say it would be later I told them I left my morning open, now I have to leave, when is the next they can come out- another week later is the soonest! It's great trying to provide for my family without a functional stove! : |
