| Gordon Tower | Worst customer service! Doug the owner won't answer your calls and doesn't follow through on his promises. My family and I had a 3 day weekend planned and the main event was the boat that Doug promised would be ready to go. Unfortunately for our family he wouldn't call us back to pick up the boat and we had to make new plans. He posted a handwritten note on the door the same day that he told us to pick the boat up stating that he would be closed for the day and would be available the next day. Fast forward to the next day, still no answer and still no boat. If I could give a zero I would. I highly recommend taking your boat to anyone but Doug. |
