| Anonymous User | There is no reason why I should have to sit on hold for 20+ minutes for someone who clearly does not know what they're doing to try and find if this Walmart carries something. The store isn't THAT big. You either call somebody over your radio which takes MAYBE 5 minutes, or walk to the department yourself and check. By far the worst Walmart You could possibly have. What a disgrace. |
| Hanna Frechen | Great store, most customer service representatives are nice. My favorite to work with is Darcy, she's very sweet and professional. However the pharmacist techs have their good days and bad. Some days I feel welcomed and respected and others I feel like I'm bothering them just being there. Overall I enjoy most of my visits and can't complain with their great sales especially after the holidays. |
