Victor Petaja | Stay away. Worst customer service. Lowe's is filing a complaint against them. I am filing a complaint against them. Never do business with this company. Bad business/bad everything. Sad anyone has to go through this for warranty work. If you need repairs/warranty work immediately reject this company even if it means someone else has to driver a little further or longer wait. Oren Abeles | I had a number of frustrating interactions with Pillowman Appliances, mostly having to do with their lack of effective communication about an ongoing repair issue. After having a problem with my refrigerator diagnosed, I followed up four times to see if and when a repair could be scheduled. I received a number of assurances from the same receptionist that someone would get back to me, which no one ever did. This went on for over three weeks. When I pointed this out to the receptionist, there was never any mention of apology, or even explanation. All I got was a somewhat unconcerned suggestion that I simply needed to continue waiting till I was contacted. I will say that the technician they initially sent to my house was very capable and clearly had a lot of experience. It's too bad that the rest of the company wasn't able to show a similar commitment and ability. |
Marian Thomas | Buyer beware! We purchased an extended warranty through Maytag presuming to be well protected and cared for, only to have our expectations shattered by who services our local area. Pilloman's was scheduled, but never showed, or called. Their female customer service representative referred to as,”the girl,” is very rude and lacks personal skills, and makes it seem likes she's doing you a favor. Boycott!! |
