Cindy Castelli | Higher Standards ordered parts for my refrigerator in a timely manner and set up an appointment within 7-10 days. Since the problem was the water dispenser, there was no real urgency for repair. Nick, who seemed very knowledgeable and was also polite, showed up slightly earlier than expected we received a phone call beforehand which worked out great. Nick fixed the problem, which had been previously worked on at least 8 times by Best Buy's Geek Squad with no solution. So far, so good...and very highly recommended! Ask for Nick if you want it done right! |
Robert DeMichiel | Contacted Samsung customer service for warranty work on a 2 month "new" refrigerator. Higher Standard Appliance Repair was the business Samsung contacted. I was a little leery at first, based on previous customer reviews. I was contacted the next day by Nick, who was courteous and understood the problem associated with the refrigerator. I gave him the part number for the faulty piece, where he stated he would bring the replacement. I was again contacted later the same day their scheduling and advised specific repair dates and times, which turned out to be the following day. Sure enough, Nick arrived, parts in hand, and 15 minutes early. New parts were the freezer drawer slide rails, which were installed in less than 5 minutes, good as new. Great warranty service!!! Thank you!!! |
Nikole Chesley | Terrible and inept. Showed up late, spent 15 minutes looking at our dishwasher and said it was fine. It was 6 pm on a Friday and he wanted to go home. It was leaking again before the guy was even out of our sub but he didn't answer his phone to come back, nor was I able to contact the company until Monday. Turns out the water was off!! That's why the leak stopped. As soon as we turned the water back on it was leaking again. |
