It was determined the best course of action was to get a new furnace sigh and they were able to order and install a new one by Saturday. We only had to go one night without a furnace. They were able to supply us with heaters to help keep our house warm so we didnt have to find somewhere else to stay. They truly went above and beyond for us. Unlike the contractor who installed our original furnace, they registered our new furnace and gave us a copy of the registration. They also got all the paperwork together for the DTE and Consumer's rebates. They were amazing to work with and we are so thankful for them! |
