| Irma Lopez | Worst "cleaner" we've ever been to. I took a queen size comforter and a blazer/jacket. Showed them my concerns. When I picked them up and got home the comforter's stain did look a little better but was still there, the blazer looked the same. I took them back, they said they would try again; I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I picked them up again. Now almost 40.00 later, the comforter was still not clean by any means and the stuffing was all messed up. The blazer now had a water stain that they claim was there and that I just didn't notice, right in the front. What happened to customer service; tell the customer you can't do the job and let a professional do it. We will never go back not even if they claim to "clean" for free. |
