Steven De Winter | The saleslady, my aunt Lisa, was really kind and helped me pick out beautiful fabric. I really like the fabric choices she helped me choose, and I would definitely recommend this store to any of my sewing friends. Thank you! |
Emily Mackie | Love this place. Fantastic fabric selection, though I can never buy as much as I want to!! People that work there are super friendly and helpful, especially Brian. Great place! I'll be sure to continue shopping here regularly. |
Sophie Cramer | A very small encounter but one that will keep me coming back. I took my surger into Gall first only to have them not really look at the surger and tell me it just needs to be serviced. I was skeptical and unhappy with their attitudes. I went to Smith Owen and was greeted with with smiles. Then a gentleman I believe named Tim took a look at the fabric I sewed and my surger and said it could be something stuck in between the tension plates. He grabbed a pick and picked out a small thread. He I nvited me to test out my surger before I left. It worked perfectly! A truly customer centric service provider! |
