I would make a list, but that would cause this review to be unreasonably long. Suffice it to say that Pleune is great because of the people, and I consider it a privilege to be one of them. |
ken fortier | The Technicians are great and do fantastic work. My frustration is with the staff resposnible for quoting and client follow up. It took 3 days to repair our commercial a/c unit due to lack of care and concern by the internal people respsonsible for quoting and scheduling. I'm still very disappointed! The unit was finally repaired. No real resolve occured reguarding my frustration, after several emails back and forth with the Internal Ops Manager, other than me learning that she is right and I am wrong. Great customer service is very important to me! After several years of working with Pleune, I've decided to move on to another HVAC provider. |
