| Aaron Toffoli | I have the Appliance Protection Plan through Consumers, which is a lifesaver. The problem is that they keep sending these people, which have terribly rude customer service and the repair techs seem incompetent. They have "fixed" things several times, which means they have to come out on more than one occasion, or I have had to have other companies fix what they said couldn't be fixed. I filed a complaint with Consumers, and they assure me they will never have ISSCO work on my appliances again. |
