Boo! I bought a dishwasher through Lowe's and they farmed out the install through these guys. The transaction started out fine as they called me within 48 hours to schedule the install. We set up the time and day and I never heard a word from anyone. I called the day of and twice the following day leaving messages to find out what was happening. Crickets.... I called Lowe's and cancelled the whole transaction. I could have waited a day or two more if anyone would have called and at least said “there's is a problem and here's why we're late” but I got nothin'.....I run a business and even if I mess up I let customers know what's going on and hold myself accountable, I owe people that. All said, I learned a lesson not the one about learning to install it myself...lol I learned to check on where your applience is actually coming from and if you need an install, who's doing it? What a headache.

Really terrible service. Sherman's was subcontracted by Lowe's to install a dishwasher we purchased from them. The closest initial appointment was almost two weeks from the purchase date, and then they cancelled that and the next appointment, both using flimsy excuses, and would not reschedule the appointments for sooner than 5-6 days out. Had they installed the dishwasher it would have been 34 days after our purchasing it. When I expressed my frustrations to them over the phone the woman I was talking to got mad at me and said it wasn't their problem. She then avoided my calls and only returned voicemails after several days. Needless to say, we cancelled the install and had someone else take care of it. Use someone else.
