Appliance Repair by Best Buy in Fort Gratiot Twp, Michigan

Called earlier in the day about a laptop that had the specs i was looking for online, this location and Lansing had a few in stock. Did not get and answer on the phone so we drove an hour and 10 minutes to the store to find out that they were sold out also. The manger did us a solid and price matched the next step up. Very happy over all with the experience. Cant wait to get home and set up the printer we also purchased.

Best Buy is, and always will be my go-to place for electronics. I have spent so much over the years on TVs, appliances , video-games, game consoles, etc that why would I go anywhere else? I am even going to buy my PS5 there when that releases. The employees are always friendly, the store is always clean, and well organized as well. I have been shopping at this particular Best Buy for well over two decades now, and will continue to into the future. The employees are always friendly with a smile, and when I can find them, are always willing to help me find what I am looking for. I would say keep up the good work, but that's to be expected with this store location.

Store is organized, clean, and the temperature is very nice. The employees are awesome and extremely knowledgeable and professional. The store has a wide selection of products and will price match anything you can find. Overall an awesome experience when I go.
