| INFAMOUS KNOWLEDGE | Ken gave the best customer service. You don't find people like him anymore. He has old school values that don't exist these days. Down to earth does layaway there and let us slide 10 and didn't even know us, just said whenever you guys have it just stop running if you can or bring me a beer LOL he's a really old school guy and you don't meet too many guys like him he's a sweetheart. I had to make this review because it's businesses that are small and older like that that are losing people as customers for all these newer high-tech places but those newer high-tech places are not going to look out for you the way that these people do their called Mom and Pop shops LOL really I give this a thousand stars if I could. Ken if you see this you're awesome guy and I am going to refer u to every1 |
| josh sinclair | This company sells used parts as new. I had a negative experience last year on a washer repair. It needed to be sent back twice. The washer still doesn't work. Because they run a small local business like I do I figured I would give them another chance. I sent my wife in to get some parts for a dryer and they blatantly ripped her off. When I went back they claimed they didn't know how used parts were sold as new. They then proceeded to have a temper tantrum rather than handling things professionally. To top it all off they have a low selection of appliances and prices that aren't worth the type of service they can provide. |
