jeff allen	The service tech was good, however was unqualified to complete the repair on the refrigerator. Still got charged for the visit and now have to deal directly with the manufacture.
Amy Shanks	Replaced pump on LG washer. A couple hours after the repair, and the first load I did after repair it presented the same error code. This was Tuesday and it is now Friday and still have not seen a tech to fix it. They reschedule for Wednesday between 1-5 and no show, no call. Yesterday they showed up and left a note but didn't attempt to call as I noted in the ticket be a use I waited at home all afternoon on Wednesday. Customer service has been polite but absolutely no help. Still waiting for the repair I paid for already to be fixed.
