| Jackie J | Our experience was very BAD with CRC! They charge a 78 diagnostic fee that they say will apply to your bill. Diagnostic fees are much less elsewhere. Charges are way above what the norm is so that credit is meaningless. Part was put in our stove without a quote first. They couldn't even get our stove working and repairman wouldn't give us a receipt or in voice for charges. I had to call 5 times to get a receipt and was given so many excuses and unprofessional answers. We only used them because they were a Frigidaire servicer but should have paid a well respected companie our hard earned money instead. |
