| Amber Derthick | They canceled last minute the day and time of the appt because of the weather, so when I called to reschedule the owner was very dodgy and rude. I said I can't do Monday so he made it seem like I was the problem because I didn't have availability the one day he was giving me. When I asked for another day to reschedule for he refused and kept saying “I told you I can do Monday”. He told me he doesn't work weekends so I checked the website and he works Saturdays. It seemed like he just wanted to argue with his customer. Very unprofessional and rude from the first to last point of contact I had with him. |
