| Hidden Dreams | This guy Chad is so rude and arrogant it's ridiculous. When we rented our furniture, he was very pushy and inquisitive about our personal lives. Now that we've been renting from them for three months now to stage a house for our property management business and for three months they have acted like complete idiots. The movers scratched up our wall taking furniture into a bedroom, and we had to firmly request a receipt to get one. Instead of setting a monthly due date for payment, or sending out a paper or electronic bill they would rather call us hourly and pretend to be the furniture mafia. This place is being run by absolute idiots and they refuse to give out the owner's phone number because they're afraid to get fired. Absolutely ridiculous. |
