| alaysha myles | I just purchased a washer and dryer today 5/18/2019 and the dryer got hot when they brought it into my home around 7 pm now at 1050 pm I go to wash a load of clothes. It stayed hot for about 20 minutes now it doesn't get warm anymore. I'm so sad and in tears. I'm young single and work hard every day. And the receipt says no refunds. I just feel so taken advantage of. And now my money is gone down the drain. Now I see why they are so quick to deliver it because they know that it will go out soon. And then they say they'll come fix it. I don't want it fixed I just want my money back. |
