NO communication from SEARS nor the tech until I lost it on a Very hard to understand phone rep. The 3rd reschedule - After the promised arrival time had been bumped 3 times - the tech called to say he couldn't find my house. Come to find out... They had the WRONG STATE!! Just Horrible! Do NOT recommend to anyone! The only reason I gave 1 star is because I was forced to do so before posting. |
