Appliance Repair by Boussum Well Drilling Inc in Channing, Michigan

Very unimpressed. Boussum provided a well installation estimate for us earlier this year August 2019 on a property we were purchasing in Delta County. Their bid was the low bid and the seller escrowed their estimated amount. Upon closing I spoke with Boussum and verbally scheduled a time to meet at the site in October 2019. Upon getting closer to the schedule time to meet at the property I attempted to contact them multiple times to confirm the onsite meeting. 1 They never returned our calls and 2 did not show up at our property. Based on the extreme lack of responsiveness, and the need to have the well installed before winter hits, we were forced to go to the next estimate which was much more expensive. WHICH is now coming out of my pocketbook as it is above and beyond the escrowed amount from the closing. I recommend you look elsewhere for well drilling. There are many other well drillers that will be more responsive and more so, obviously more eager to work for you.
