Not only did they never call to update me on the status of my order, but when I call them, they keep saying it's ordered, but we don't know when, and as of recently, if, it'll ever come in. This past time, my 4th call to them, I was told that I'm probably best off buying it online through another vendor, as that will be cheaper. Wow!! No one could have just said that upfront??? |
