Service guy came out, took the panel off, and told me my 3000 dollar refrigerator was shot, and that it would cost about 1500 to fix. I paid my 100 dollar diagnostic fee, and he left. Before running out to buy a new fridge, I did a quick google search, and found the relay switch can burn out or go bad. They're 15 bucks on Amazon, so I ordered one, and replaced the old one in about 5 minutes. My fridge has been running fine. This guy is only in it for the easy trip charge. My complaints went unanswered. |
