Joe came to my house that day, took a part whole thing, replaced the elements in the bottom that heat the unit. He also cleaned extra lint from coil and floor. Dryer worked that evening, but load was partially dry. Few days later I did another load and dryer didn't dry completely. Called Joe back out he diagnoised that I was getting good air flow, but he couldn't "physically" move washer next to dryer. So, I got a slimmer relative to get behind machines and finish job. Dryer is working fine, now. Joe seems to know whats wrong and what to do to repair appliances; for that I give him 3.5. I did think 160 was a bit much, but cheaper than a new Whirlpool dryer. New dryer aren't made to last long. |
