| Carla Aytes | Our dryer broke! It was making an awful noise! We called Randy at Northern Appliance repair in the morning on Mon. Around 10:00 A.M. he was at our house within an hour to check out the problem! He knew right away what was wrong! He said he would order the parts and be back on Wed. To fix it! Being a man of his word he was here on Wed with the parts! Was fixing the problem when he noticed the knob on the dryer was stripped too! He said he would order one and be back the next day to finish the job and he was! He really knows his stuff! He was very pleasant to talk with! Very nice person! We are soo completely satisfied! The bill came up to a little more then he had quoted us, but he stuck with the price he had quoted, which was very reasonable! I HIGHLY recommend Randy to ANYONE that needs ANY appliance repaired! We will definitely use him in the future! Thanks soo much Randy!!! |
