| mark anderson | Excellent customer service. Our washer wasn't spinning correctly. Dave was on time, and very fast at troubleshooting an issue with my washing machine. It was an older machine, late 90's model. The problem was the timer, he told me how much it would be to replace. Was very honest, and said it's probably not worth replacing, as the part was over 100. He said he had 4 refurbished washers at different price points. That night he emailed me pics and prices. I picked the one we wanted. He was there the next day, installed the new machine, and removed the old one. The refurbished machine has been fantastic. Would recommend Adrian Appliance Service to anyone with appliance issues. 5 star, quality work, very punctual, and excellent value!! Great technician, who knows his stuff. |
