They scheduled me for today although they couldn't give me a ballpark time, so I had to be at the house for most of the day. They did call about 25 minutes before their repairman arrived, as they said they would. Nelson was the gentleman that arrived. Very friendly and easy to talk to, he quickly figured out the problem, explained what he would do to get me back in business and gave me the estimate for the repair. In no time I was back in the laundry business yeah, I know, bummer. I would definitely recommend this company for service repairs such as this, and if you're lucky enough to have Nelson show up, you'll be very pleased. |
