He was super personable on the phone and super easy to work with in finding the right oven. Our purchase was super easy and he scheduled our delivery to be in less than 48 hours! When our delivery came, we worked with JP from the delivery department as well as another delivery guy and they were such a pleasure as well! So nice, neat, and careful when installing the oven. Again, they were super respectful of distance due to the current pandemic, and extremely nice. I highly recommend this company and they will be my "go to" company for any future appliance. I used them several years ago and again recently after a move to a new community. I've recommended Boston Appliance to a few other people and they have been pleasantly surprised with the service and competitive pricing as well.
