The technician kept his truck running in the driveway turned on the machine for 15 seconds and proclaimed it was a dryer vent issue. He also told me that there wasn't any burning smell even though we told him that there had been a very strong burning odor the last few times we ran it. He said we would have to get a second opinion about 7-10 times and left. We then paid 200 to get a dryer vent person to come out and there was nothing to clean. We still can't use the dryer. |
