| Maryann Sottile | This is the worst company. I purchased a dryer months ago and they installed my dryer incorrectly and had to replace an electronic board because of it. Now I find that they took a vent tube out of the wall and there is moisture from the dryer going into my walls. Not calling Sears again. By the way there complaint department is in a foreign country who keep you on the phone and give you the run around. I am in the process of getting another appliance repair that will be more reliable. Sears technicians are the worst no wonder Sears is going out of business. They should have legal charges brought against them and be imprisoned. Long time Sears customer who is more than disappointed. |
