Rozlynn Desilets | Very pleased with Mr. Appliance of Central MA. The customer service agent I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was great, I received multiple text/email confirmations of my appointment, and Glenn the technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Plus the rate was very reasonable. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance for future repairs! |
Finnians Finnian | I'd of been better off to spend the wasted money towards a new appliance. Lesson learned. Obviously, not the best experience. They came out 3 times in about 10-12 days. Initial issue was screeching & no heat. I saw a different technician on each visit. The appliance worked for 3 days after the 1st visit. I vac cleaned it out myself while the tech had the appliance opened up. He didn't address the screeching. But reset a switch & said we should be good. They returned a few days later after we called because it quit heating again, plus still screechy. 2nd tech “reset” the switch again, suggested we replace the hose/tubing/duct on back, which we did that eve. Said the screeching was rollers that needed to be replaced. The parts were ordered. The next visit was a diff tech. Installed the rollers. All done. About 6 weeks later, and the heat died again. Of the 2 parts I was originally told needed fixing, only 1 was actually replaced. They said the other part was fine after being reset. That's the part that is broken now. The one they didn't replace. So, in order to have it taken care of properly, I would have to pay their labor fee again. The part should of been replaced in the beginning. Now I wasted the to “repair” on a partial repair, and on new parts that were wasted because the additional part was not replaced. The WORST part of the experience, beyond paying for rollers on an appliance I can't use since they didn't replace the switch, is the female representative who answers the calls. I spoke with her 3 different times. Initially I just thought she's having a bad day. But, apparently she is just rude, and dismissive on the regular. She's definitely in the wrong job as a customer service rep. I wouldn't spend another dime there if I had to deal with the horrible rep on the phone again. At least the original gentleman I spoke to was a 1000 more professional and seemed more customer friendly. Too bad he isn't the person to interact with customers. I won't be a returning customer, or a “recommending to others customer.” |
Edward Rojo | We received great customer service over the phone setting up our appointment. Also, the technician was prompt, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance!! |
