The crew came over and within 30 seconds made a diagnosis and resolved the issue. He checked the dryer and told me that I had a wire that rubbed against the drum, resulting in a short circuit. He fixed the issue and lubed all the moving parts. He cleaned up after himself and was honest about cost. I highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future. |
