Appliance Repair by Dyson Service Center in Southborough, Massachusetts

These gentlemen know their stuff when it comes to a Dyson product. It is a very popular place especially on the weekend. They will diagnose your machine on the spot. It may be a wait in order to get a diagnosis on a weekend and it is a first come first serve set up. But once diagnosed they let you know how long the repairs are and give you an option of picking it up that day or coming back to pick it up on another day if they don't have parts available. They go above and beyond to fix not only what is wrong with your machine but anything else they find while examining it. Now full disclosure mine at this time of writing this review was under warranty - however how many would go above just what you bring your machine in for. I believe they are invested enough in the products that they want you to be satisfied and happy with your Dyson product and don't want to have you experience having to bring it back in to fix a problem that they see exists and could affect the machine in the near future. Overall experience was great. I hope I get a lot more years out of my Dyson which will go out of warranty next month. I would definitely recommend this Dyson service center to anyone with a Dyson product or even if you are looking at the Dyson product line - they have them all there and the small showroom is clean and bright and as I mentioned they are extremely knowledgeable!
