He arrived on time, worked for several hours unclogging the drain from the house to the street. Everything works great, but I was floored by the large sum for the work. Called him to ask for further explaination of billing. He was not defensive about it and took the time to go over the cost, the work he did and why it was necessary. Would definitely recommend. Friendly, patient and knowledgable. |

Derek was incredibly responsive and came over as soon as he could, which was such a relief! He fixed us right up in a completely confident, competent, and efficient way, at totally reasonable rates for the work he completed. He has since come out for several other issues with our cranky heating system, and has even offered to service our well system when he noticed it needed attention. Derek's responsiveness, patience, knowledge base, and work ethic are commendable, and I'm so relieved to have a go-to guy for when things come up. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Derek! |
